船用黑匣子（VDR）的一部分，在船舶沉沒后自浮于水面，并發(fā)射帶有位置和身份信息的信號來指示其位置。信號由國際搜救衛(wèi)星轉發(fā)，覆蓋全球任何區(qū)域。
As a part of VDR, FFC can float on water upon the wrecked ship, and transmit signal with location and ID information to indicate its location;The signal is forwarded by international search and rescue satellite, which covers any area on earth.
功能及用途/ Function：
自動激活開關，可自主工作，也可手自動激活；內置VDR存儲介質，船舶沉沒后自動彈出，遇水激活并自浮于水面，便于搜救打撈。
VEP8V can be activated automatically or manually. It has VDR Storage Medium inside. It will be ejected when ship sank, activated automatically when encountering water and float on water, this is convenient for search and rescue.
